Bello Bistro is an award-winning restaurant nestled in the village of Moorsholm, in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors. Proudly recognised with 1 AA Rosette, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with a focus on seasonal British produce and the flavours of the North East.

The kitchen is led by Chef Mark Walker, whose background has been shaped by years working in fine dining. Mark has held positions including Sous Chef at Forge Restaurant at Middleton Lodge, as well as working at The Glass House at Wynyard Hall and The Orangery at Rockliffe Hall. He brings that fine-dining experience to Bello Bistro in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Our menus change regularly to make the most of the finest seasonal ingredients available, combining thoughtful cooking, quality produce and Mark’s passion for creating dishes that allow great ingredients to speak for themselves.
